PENDING CONTENT. . . . . . . Pictures. Elidir Mawr is the outlier of the Welsh 3000 footers but well worth a trip. The ascent from the Llanberris pass is interesting. For a start its a delightful path but that as you reach Llyn Can Tryfan and the Carneddau start to appear over the horizon.

I think a lot of people don’t realise how novel the complexity stuff still and how threatening (needlessly) it is to established management practice. Those of us engaged in taking a more humane perspective a decade or so ago were a merry band of mavericks from may different backgrounds.
