Drupal has 10,000+ modules, 300,000 downloads a month, 1.5M Today he’s going to talk about: history, open source, community, the evolution of software, and how to grow and sustain it. Then Open Source Labs in Portland OR offered to house the servers. But, Dries says, this shows a weakness in open source: you suddenly have to raise $3,000 and may not be able to do so.
