Microblogging. It is a sweet combo of real time wiki and chat room that pairs great with a Skype call or telecon. Wikispaces and other wikis, including MediaWiki. I also like PB wiki, now called PB Works. These all leverage RSS. Recently I wrote a post that received a lot of attention - more than I would have expected: How I use social media.
