I received an email asking me if I knew of any Wikis that provided information on eLearning concepts. there's not really a place where you can find a Wiki that covers eLearning concepts. Prediction #1 => eLearning 2.0 - Increasing Pressure It's safe to predict that you'll be hearing more and more about eLearning 2.0 There will be increasing pressure on each of us to understand eLearning 2.0 for ourselves in order to apply it within our organizations ( eLearning 2.0 - An Immediate, Important Shift).

However, the way Joe puts it - as if somehow by creating rapid eLearning we can keep up with the flood. If you are really talking about the information deluge, it is unlikely that Rapid eLearning tools are going to have an appreciable impact on it. Maybe Joe is talking about creating quick hit learning pieces as a starting point for quickly understanding topics, but that's different than giving Rapid eLearning tools to SMEs.
