Web 2.0 Applications in Learning

Tony Karrer

Last week I presented a session at ASTD TechKnowledge entitled eLearning 2.0 - Applications and Implications. This is something that gets discussed as emergent: see Emergent Knowledge Management , Direction of eLearning - Emergence or Big System , and Future Platforms for eLearning. I've not really seen good examples of business cases (future ROI) for using these tools. Security - This is no worse than any other form of electronic communication.
