HR speaking: We got into elearning when there were scattered experiments going on around the organization. Our IT group changed the infrastructure a year ago, to *open source* (I don’t know what they were thinking), but fortunately my vendor says that they’d be happy to help change the installation to work with the new services architecture. Who needs all this rapid eLearning stuff? In conclusion, we’ve implemented a centralized system of eLearning.

The LCB question this month is, What Tools Should we Learn , or: The question is really about the specific tools that would make sense to learn today in order to be a valuable eLearning professional in 2015? Another option, if you want to share within your organisation, would be to use an open source social bookmarking system and bring it inside your company’s firewall, but that would take some cooperation from the IT department.
