We naturally tend to avoid discomfort but without it we never learn or grow. If we are to change in any way we have to get out of our comfort zone. There are so many elements of freelance truck driving that are unfamiliar to me. In some ways the driving is the easy bit. Relating to agents and clients. learning the unwritten rules of what's expected and what's not. grasping the when and where of refuelling. I feel like I should be wearing a massive L plate on my back!
