LMS seems to be a tool designed and adapted for a world of reasonably neat formal event-based learning, not a messy world of informal process-based learning.

VizThink and Visual Thinking and Learning - Still Not Sure

All that said - I'm still not sure I really get the connection between visual thinking and eLearning.
