You have to select 'Site Configuration', then 'Site Information', and change the page at the bottom of the list of options (though you should actually create the new page first). Modules A module is some additional programming that gives your site some additional functionality. A number of optional modules come installed with the original Drupal download. In addition, you can get many more modules from the Drupal web site. So I activate the module.

In the previous segment I decided to create a course with modules and sections, and set up the modules. I'll fill out the actual content of those modules over time. What I want to do is list the course modules and events (there's only one course so I don't need to list courses). The format will default to HTML, and I'll want to change that, but I'll test this first. Figure 15 - where are my modules? The result should be a clickable link to the module.

According to Google search, Angular is "a TypeScript -based open-source front-end web application framework led by the Angular Team at Google and by a community of individuals and corporations." Angular is integrated using three Node modules (all loaded using npm install ): electron-angular , electron-reload , and elegular. There are two npm modules to install. The second is the specific SQLite3 module for Node.

1998 – Wikis Also: CMSs, RSS I didn't bother with Wikis. Instead, for me, 1998 was the year of RSS and content syndication. I did a lot of work with RSS, combining it with content management systems (CMS). And most of the change has been for the better.

It is worth noting that the node counter in Drupal does not increment authomatically, which means that after a bunch of records are inserted you have to change the counter manually. First of all, how do define events: I needed to decide between the ' Calendar ' module and the 'CCK' module. How about the Calendar module? First I had to find it - once again, Drupal's awful search made what should have been a one-minute job a ten minute exercise in frustration.

Also, I want to make some changes to what I'm doing. As well, I want to try to implement some of the changes I've been planning. This is a bit tricky because my website includes both harvested content from Edu_RSS and generated content such as my articles and posts. Tricky, but not impossible, for as we have seen Drupal also has an RSS aggregator. Edu_RSS content will be managed separately from my own website content.

The content may be dynamic, changing and evolving so one set of static resources that works for todays course is outdated in six months. Learning content is not a static element, particularly for topics that are deeply embedded in our rapidly change society. So a childcare course may need to have a “line of sight&# to changing policy, or local trends.

That's not perfect, because my time zone - Atlantic Time - will change with daylight time. Though if it said something different, I would have changed it to 'files'. My topics (which you can view , for now, on my current website) are based on predefined searches using regular expressions.
