Our existing education and training systems are not designed for this task. The open-source sharing of energy will give rise to collaborative energy spaces, not unlike the collaborative social spaces on the Internet. community - maybe collaboration and communities produce better test results, and maybe they don't. I think the key point here is to note that not everything is designed to increase test scores. Unfortunately, ‘the vast array of literature involving learning technology evaluation makes it challenging to acquire an accurate sense of the different aspects of learning that are evaluated, and the possible approaches that can be used to evaluate them’ (Lai & Bower, 2019).
