Good question about adoption of webinar software / services - this time from someone who went to my workshop in Cincinnati - Revolution in Workplace Learning - who by the way - called it "awesome." Our webinars have been successful by our standards and for the most part, we've been early adopters of the technology. A few thoughts.

I even would think that someone having to do a download like WebEx does would be annoying enough that users wouldn't want it. So, some questions I'm hoping to figure out shortly: Are there examples out there of sites who are already doing this for their users? Are we too early still for the technology? Make sense or not?

You would categorize the space from faceless (WebEx) to 3D/complex (Second Life) and your solution is this new category of approachable 3D. Some thoughts and questions I would have for this company - Customers? eLearning Technology. Why am I scratching my head? You won't be able to get above the noise. And this isn't just me.
