Google Docs Forms Google Docs has a built-in Form document type that allows the creation of a set of questions. Trial periods wouldn’t count. Grading Yes.

think that's well said and when I have been thinking about how we should capture examples, I have found myself debating the merits of: A 30 minute call where we use a Google Doc
or something similar for real-time editing of a screen shots and description/notes around the example. It should be easily indexed by Google

, it takes about 5 seconds for an edit to show up. Google
Spreadsheet handles real-time editing (using the cells as protectors) much better. And people need to have a Google
