Instead of a presentation, we’d have lots of pieces of content on my desktop ready to call up in response to specific questions and topics. Harold managed to app-share my wiki, which contained some of the day’s presentation graphics. That was the theory. What happened? Not a problem; I have other computers hereabouts.

In each case, these are crude in that they look only at what terms people are using in a given content set. And now, because of eLearning Learning , I have a much better way to track these things over a much more interesting content sets. This works across any subset of the content including sources, keywords and arbitrary searches.

This misunderstanding has led us to countless, pointless discussions about lots of issues but ROI makes a great example (you cant really measure whats going on in someones head can you? - no but you can measure performance - but people arent selling Performance management systems (those would be PMSs and marketing would NOT let that happen).
