I’ve received free use of cloud-based software from Jive and Socialtext. The single biggest group of books and articles we read, though, had to do with business as a social system.

Micro-Blogging is Good for Leadership, Good for Your Culture
Of course, if you already utilize platforms such as Confluence , Jive , SharePoint , IBM Lotus , Salesforce.com amongst others, there are built-in micro-blogging or status update features. So what has this got to do with leadership and culture? That’s a culture I would want to be a part of. this is a smart move in my opinion).
