    ‘Social Business’ is Past Retirement Age
    Same thing if you’re advocating that leaders be more open and attuned to the cultures and conversations of their organizations and customers. I’ve received free use of cloud-based software from Jive and Socialtext. The single biggest group of books and articles we read, though, had to do with business as a social system.

    Micro-Blogging is Good for Leadership, Good for Your Culture
    Of course, if you already utilize platforms such as Confluence , Jive , SharePoint , IBM Lotus , Salesforce.com  amongst others, there are built-in micro-blogging or status update features. So what has this got to do with leadership and culture? That’s a culture I would want to be a part of. this is a smart move in my opinion).
